1.Prepare a paste of AYURVEDIC UBTAN with rose water, yoghurt, Raw milk or water. The consistency of the Ubtan mix should be just right neither too thick to apply nor too watery. Decide the quantity based on where you want to apply it face and neck. combine ingredients in a bowl and use immediately. Or you can let it soak for 30-60 minutes — Soaking helps herbs release their nourishing properties.

2.Apply onto your face, and rub in circular motions, until your face if fully covered with paste.

3.Leave the Ubtan on the application area for 15-20 minutes until it dries.

4.After the resting period, it should be slowly rubbed off the skin in circular scrubbing motion using the lukewarm water. At this stage, being too harsh can cause redness of the skin. Follow up with your normal toner, serum or moisturizer.

5.This Ubtan can be used for the body as well. It can be tried 2 to 3 times a week to achieve a glowing beautiful tan less skin.

 Ubtan For Oily Skin

People with oily skin should opt for ubtans that reduce the natural oil secretion which results in acne etc. Add ingredients like Rose water, curd, lemon juice, tomato juice etc to the ubtan, its help to reduce the oiliness.

 Ubtan For Dry Skin

When making an ubtan pack for dry skin, try adding ingredients such as honey, milk or curd as this help retain moisture in the skin.

Those with dry skin should use light oil on the skin before or after applying UBTAN.

 Ubtan For Normal Skin

Having a normal skin type means that you have a good PH-balance and most of your skin troubles are at bay. When making an ubtan pack for normal skin, one can include ingredients like banana, honey, yogurt etc for smooth silky skin.

Be sure to use regular yogurt and avoid the fat-free or low-fat varieties.

Mix a teaspoon of fresh tomato juice to reduce pigmentation.

Best time to apply Ubtan: At night, before you go to bed, is the best time to apply face mask. First, it’s the time we feel relax and put all pressure away in temporary. The body is relaxing and ready to be in rest. The cells of skin are more quickly to absorb the nutrition from mask products
